Starting a New Study for 'Fleeced'

My nephew gave me this beautiful skull, and on Australia Day I got thinking it was time to progress to some more iconic Australian subjects. I love the curves of the bale hook echoing the curves of the horns, and the contrast between the metal handles of the shears with the soft fleece. Its going to be fun to work through the under and over painting stages.
