After a trip to Italy to undertake two of summer courses at the Angel Academy of Art in Florence and a busy period at work for the Victorian Government education system, it is time to update what I have been recording of my painting activities.
I loved the two courses 'Painting the Portrait from a Model' and ' Painting the Human Form from Photographs' and came back with a load of notes, some results of the painting exercises and a richer knowledge of the art and architecture, and cuisine of Florence. I met some great students and enjoyed catching up with some from the past trip in 2008.
